What makes Vasart different from other commercial cleaning companies?
Vasart is built around consistency and accountability. For 16 years, we’ve created hundreds of site-specific cleaning plans (not generic checklists), assigned dedicated teams, and run ongoing quality checks so standards remain consistent week after week. If you choose us, you’ll have our founder meet with you and introduce you to a clear point of contact, responsive communication, and a structured process for reporting issues and tracking improvements.
Are you insured?
Yes. Vasart is fully insured for commercial cleaning work. We carry public liability insurance and (where applicable) employers’ liability insurance, and we can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) on request for your compliance requirements. Employers’ liability insurance is a legal requirement for most UK employers.
Do you carry out a site walk-through and risk assessment before starting?
Yes. We complete a walk-through before service begins to understand your facility, agree the scope, and identify any site-specific risks. This allows us to build a cleaning plan that fits your building’s layout, footfall, surfaces, security/access arrangements, and priority areas. Our approach supports safe working practices in line with health and safety duties in Great Britain (including Scotland).
Do you assess and control risks from cleaning chemicals (COSHH)?
Yes. Where we use products that fall under COSHH, we follow COSHH requirements and HSE guidance—using product information, applying controls, and working safely to reduce exposure risks.
Can I customise or change the cleaning requirements?
Absolutely. You can add or remove tasks, adjust frequencies, and update priorities as your needs change. We confirm any changes in writing and clearly explain any impact on service time or pricing before the updated scope goes live.
Do you offer regular site check-ins or quality inspections?
Yes. We carry out scheduled quality check-ins to keep standards consistent and address issues early. Typical inspection frequency is [weekly / fortnightly / monthly], and you can request an additional inspection at any time—especially after events, refurbishments, or peak periods.
Do you offer flexible cleaning hours, including evenings, overnights, and weekends?
Yes. We offer flexible scheduling, including early morning, evening, overnight, and weekend cleaning (Saturday and/or Sunday) to minimise disruption. During onboarding, we align service times with your building access rules, alarm procedures, and operational requirements. We also provide one-off weekend deep cleans where needed, with availability and pricing confirmed clearly in advance.
Do you provide cleaning supplies and consumables?
We supply all professional cleaning products and equipment required to deliver the service. Consumables (soap, paper towels, toilet roll, bin liners) can be included if you want us to manage stock levels—this will be agreed and priced clearly.
Do you comply with data protection requirements on site (keys, access codes, CCTV environments)?
Yes. Where our work involves access to sensitive areas, entry systems, or environments with CCTV, we take privacy and security seriously and follow appropriate data-handling practices consistent with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What is your minimum contract length?
Our minimum contract length is 3 months. Our aim is to earn long-term business through reliable performance, not lock-in.
